Roger Waters: German police investigate Pink Floyd star over Nazi-style costume
Authorities are investigating the Pink Floyd star after he wore the controversial outfit in Berlin. German police are investigating Pink Floyd star Roger Waters for allegedly wearing Nazi-style costumes that could be used to glorify or justify Nazi rule. The symbols are similar to those appearing on costumes in the 1982 film, The Wall, based on the Pink Floyd album of the same name and starring fellow musician turned activist Bob Geldof. The matter will be passed on to the public prosecutor, who will decide how to proceed. In recent weeks, the musician has been travelling to cities around Germany as part of his "This Is Not A Drill" tour after Jewish organisations such as the Central Council of Jews accused him of anti-Semitism.
